1. Fresh Items (Cakes & Flowers)

  • Check on Delivery: Since flowers and cakes are fresh and perishable, please check them carefully while the rider is at your doorstep.

  • Instant Replacement: If the item is damaged, please inform the rider immediately and contact us on WhatsApp with a photo. We will provide a fresh replacement. No returns or refunds will be accepted after the rider leaves.

2. Toys & Gift Items (Teddy Bears, Dolls, etc.)

  • No Returns: These items are delivered based on your specific choice, so we do not offer returns or refunds.

  • Damaged Items: Please inspect the toy at the time of delivery. If you find any damage, inform the rider and share photos with us on WhatsApp immediately for a replacement.
